This
oil is different to that produced in the South India,
in lasting and aroma.. It is obtained by the distillation
of the grass Vetivera Zizanoides Nash. It is a brown or
green coloured thick liquid having a peculiar but pleasant
odour. It is employed in small amounts to give suitable
effect because it possesses a remarkable degree of the
property to render more permanency odour-wise of the volatile
substances with which it is skillfully compounded. Nearly
all finest perfume blends contain traces of this oil.
Our Vetivert oil is recognized as one of the finest oil
extra concentrated and with tenanciously rounded aroma
of matchless quality. Its Vetiverol contents are as high
as 70-72% thus making it more useful for preparing esters.
